The Global Ambassador of Crossway Rev. Dr. Miller Milloy Visited CCC/TSPM

Rev. Miller Milloy, the Global Ambassador of Crossway came to visit CCC/TSPM accompanied by Mr. Kua Wee Seng, Coordinator of UBS-Asia Pacific on April 12, 2011. Elder Fu Xianwei, Chairperson of National TSPM received visitors on behalf of CCC/tSPM.

Rev. Milloy is the former General Secretary of United Bible Societies and has been very concerned for the work of the Church in China, and has provided great support to Bible publication in China. Elder Fu reaffirmed the partnership of CCC/TSPM with UBS and expressed gratitude to his help. Elder Fu said that Rev. Milloy is an old friend to the Church in China and hoped that he would continue the relationship with CCC/TSPM while he is taking the new position. Elder Fu also expressed his sincere wish to the long-standing and close partnership with UBS and friendly exchanges with Bible Societies in various countries all over the world.

Rev. Milloy said that despite his leaving the office of UBS, but he still would like to facilitate the cooperation between UBS and CCC/TSPM; and as the Global Ambassador of Crossway, he would like to promote its relationship with the Church in China. He mentioned that this visit is an opportunity for him to explore and discuss about the best ways for future cooperation.

Elder Fu and his colleagues also discussed about Bible Translation and Theological Education with visitors.

After friendly and joyful conversations, gifts are presented with a group photo taken. Rev. Xu Xiaohong, Secretary General of TSPM, and Rev. Bao Jiayuan, Deputy Director of Publication Department of CCC/TSPM also joined the meeting.
