CCC/TSPM Delegation's visit to Seventh-Day Adventist Church

Recently, CCC/TSPM, under the invitation by Seventh-day Adventist Church General Conference, sent a delegation to attend the 59th General Session of Seventh-Day Adventist Church held in the USA. The delegation was led by Rev. Shen Xuebin, Vice Chairperson of National TSPM, Chairperson of Shanghai TSPM, and Rev. Wan Jun, Chairperson of Shaanxi TSPM, President of Shaanxi CC, Rev. Zhu Zhiming, Vice President of Wuxi CC, Ms. Shi Meiying, Staff of Overseas Relations Department of CCC/TSPM were also in the delegation.


The delegation visited Seventh-Day Adventist Church from June 30 to July 7 and attended their 59th General Session in Atlanta, USA. During the General Session, Rev. Shen Xuebin addressed the audience and conveyed the sincere congratulations to the successful convening of this General Session on behalf of CCC/TSPM. After the General Session, the delegation visited Martin Luther King Jr. Museum and Cater Presidential Center. On July 6, the delegation visited Seventh-day Adventist Church General Conference World Headquarters at Silver Spring, Maryland State. The new president, Mr. Ted Wilson and the new Secretary General, Mr. G.T. Ng met with the delegation and hosted a welcome luncheon for the delegation.



Through this visit, it not only enhanced the mutual understanding and friendship between two sides, but also laid a good foundation for the further communication and dialogues between the two church organizations.
